I can’t be the only one who is excited about October, autumn, and SWEATER WEATHER! It feels like summer lasted forever, and even in September, she was determined to hold onto her grip on us for just a little bit longer…but now that we’re safely in October, everything feels different. It is finally cooler…as I write this, it is raining and blowing outside, and the heat is on in the house, which always feels so cozy. And as I started considering which sweaters to dig out and start wearing, I got an idea – a SWEATER WEATHER CONTEST!

There are currently two beautiful yarns in stock. One is a soft, heathery gray fingering weight from Arwen, and the other is a luscious pale brown fingering weight from Dee Dee. These ladies spent a great deal of time and effort growing their fleeces, and they did an amazing job! Both of these yarns would make a lovely, treasured heirloom sweater for you or a loved one.

So here is the contest – I will be selling raffle tickets through my website Store from now until November 15^th. At that point – as long as I have sold a minimum of 15 tickets – I will draw one winner, and that winner will receive 10 skeins of yarn from either Arwen or Dee Dee (winner’s choice). Each skein is 200 yards, so that will give the winner 2000 yards to make an amazing sweater from!
